CANCELLATION POLICY

NOTE: Our online system may not show availability during some periods, but we still may be able to accommodate you. Please call us.

 

POLICIES: A one night approval code on your credit card or one night deposit is required to guarantee your reservation.

 Reservations guaranteed by the third party require a Xerox copy of the back and front of the credit card as well as photo ID of the card holder and authorization letter.

 

CANCELLATIONS: To cancel reservation please call at 212-645-8989 and get a cancellation code from our agent.
Reservations of less than 7 nights require 48 hours notice
Reservations of 7 nights or more require 14 days notice and one night nonrefundable deposit
Group reservations require 30 days notice or more

 

CHANGES: You may change your reservation without charge based on same notice requirements for cancellations. However the rate may change due to different rates during different period.

 

NO-SHOWS: Your reservation will be held until 10:00AM the day following your arrival date, after which the room will be released. Charge of one night will apply to your credit card.
